The Hummingbird Bakery
Expansion meant that The Hummingbird Bakery found that the phone system it had been relying on since its early days was fast becoming outdated. Expensive, inflexible and providing no direct way for stores to communicate with each other, the existing phone system was also the cause of a more pressing problem; it was costing the bakery business.
With the help of Unifi Communications, The Hummingbird Bakery moved on to a Cisco Phone System in London, made up of Cisco's 7942G, 7911G and 7921G Wireless phones, bringing communications onto a centralised network.

The Saudi Health Office
The Saudi Health Office is part of The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia and provides health and medical advice to Saudi Arabian subjects based in the UK and Ireland. The office also handles the affairs of Saudi Arabian nationals travelling to London for medical treatment.
Solution - A fully managed single site Cisco Communications Manager Express solution replacing a BT Meridian system. Cisco routing and switching providing all LAN and WAN access, PC and printer installation, IP CCTV and remote user secure access.

Static Control Components (Europe) Ltd is the European affiliate of Static Control Components Inc, the world's largest provider of imaging materials and components to the aftermarket printing supplies industry.
Solution: A 200 user system based on Cisco Unified Communications Business Edition at two sites in Reading. Provides call processing, mobility and presence. Unifi have also completed additional Cisco Communications Manager Express installations in SCC offices in China, Barcelona, Cape Town and Johannesburg.

SunParadise manufacture, supply and install high quality glazed aluminium folding doors, sliding doors, glazed roofs and conservatories.
Solution - Two-site Cisco Communications Manager Express IP Telephony solution replacing a traditional analogue PBX with VPN between two office locations. Deploying a SIP Trunk at the head office to lower monthly rental costs. Calls distributed to branch office by auto attendant based on customer requirements to ensure effective handling of incoming calls. Soft Phones deployed for remote workers with Citrix access to project management software held on head office servers.
